Hommes Oro Shipping Policy
We take pride in delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process, delivery times, and policies.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase (excluding pre-orders).
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST may not be shipped until the next business day.
- Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
- We do not ship orders on weekends.

3. Signature Requirement
- All domestic orders of $599 USD and above require a signature upon delivery.
- This applies to both Standard and Express shipping and cannot be waived once the order has shipped.
4. Address Accuracy & Changes
- Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
- If you need to modify your address, contact us immediately before shipment.
- Hommes Oro is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will incur a $5.00 reshipment fee.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Once an order is handed over to the carrier, Hommes Oro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- We offer optional Order Protection at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged shipments subject to the Order Protection terms.
- If a package is lost in transit, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.
- If a package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos for resolution.
6. Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
- Orders shipped within the U.S. include applicable sales tax where required.
- International orders may be subject to VAT, import taxes, and other fees imposed by customs authorities. These fees are the customer's responsibility.
- If an order is refused due to unpaid customs duties, we are not able to issue any returns or refunds.
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed. However, you can return or exchange items after delivery if eligible under our return policy.
