Return Policy

We have a 30-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after your order is fulfilled to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.Β 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please carefully review the exclusions below to determine if your order or item is eligible for a refund to your original form of payment. Note that there is a $10 restocking fee for items that are returned. Exchanges are free and must be processed within 30 days.

Exclusions

  • All Sale/Discounted Items are final sale, and can only be exchanged or returned for store credit
  • Packages delivered not received, lost, stolen, or damaged in transit can not be replaced or refunded unless Order Protection is purchased, and a claim has been submitted and approved by Order Protection.
  • We do not exchange for items out of stock
  • We do not offer returns on sale/discounted items or gift cards
  • We do not offer returns on items that have been damaged by improper usage. Our lifetime warranty is voided under any user damage issues (scratches and accidental breakage).
  • Order Protection is non-refundable.

Lifetime Warranty

All Hommes Oro products come with a lifetime warranty that covers manufacturer defects.

Please note the lifetime warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or tarnishing. Missing stones will be covered for 60 days after the purchase date. All claims are subject to inspection upon arrival and will not be accepted if no manufacturer defects are found. We are not able to issue warranty replacements for discontinued items that are no longer in stock.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Policy

Please note packages not containing accurate and complete return contents will not be eligible for return/exchange/refund. We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to reject a return/exchange/refund if, in our sole discretion, there has been misuse of our return policy (such as excessive returns, return of empty packages, reseller activity, or fraud).Β 

Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address at the time of purchase. If you discover an error in the shipping address, contact us immediately to correct it before the order ships out.

Hommes Oro is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers or for packages once they are in possession of the carrier. In the event of a package going missing in transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier directly to file a claim for the lost parcel. We offer optional order protection at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
