Our Lifetime Guarantee protects you against any manufacturing defects from the moment your Hommes Oro piece arrives.

If you experience any of the following issues, we’ll make it right with a repair, replacement, or store credit (if item is out of stock or discontinued):

• Any damages as a result of manufacturing defects and a fault in the design
• Items which arrive damaged
• Breakage, faulty mechanisms, or clasps
• Chains snapping
• Tarnishing or discoloration (beyond typical wear)
• Scratches (beyond surface-level wear)
• Stones falling out

Please take into consideration we do not cover any external damages that are not caused by a fault in the design, such as lost or stolen items, scratches, damages caused by accident (bent ring, broken chain, stones falling out, broken clasps, etc.), cosmetic damage including color fading or tarnishing, abuse, neglect, shock, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper use or storage of the product, excessive wear and tear, or lack of care.

For the purposes of this guarantee, “lifetime” refers to the reasonable lifetime of the product under normal use and conditions. This means the period during which the product can be expected to remain in usable condition when handled with proper care. All jewelry will experience some wear over time, depending on how well you take care of your items. Stones can loosen, clasps may wear, and finishes may show signs of use. These are considered normal and are not covered under our guarantee.

Hommes Oro's Right to Decline Claims:

To continue offering our customers this level of value, we reserve the right to decline claims that don’t meet our criteria for manufacturing defects or fall outside the intended scope of this guarantee. This may include but is not limited to signs of misuse or damage from neglect, as well as any changes to the original product (e.g., engraving, resizing, or modifications), which void the guarantee. In addition to the previously noted exclusions, this includes any claims flagged by our team as potentially false or fraudulent.

Excessive wear and tear refers to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care that falls outside our guarantee. This includes physical damage, chemical discoloration, or structural failure resulting from improper handling or neglect, none of which are considered defects in materials or craftsmanship and are therefore not covered.

This guarantee is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hommes Oro's total liability under this guarantee shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item. Hommes Oro shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages of any kind arising from or related to this guarantee or the use of our products. All claims must be submitted within the applicable guarantee period, and any dispute arising under this guarantee shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Arizona. To process any claim under our lifetime guarantee, the original item must be returned to us for evaluation. A Processing Fee of $29.99 per item will be charged for all Replacements. If the item is in stock, we offer instant exchanges. However, please note that to avoid being charged, the original item must be sent back to us within 14 days of the exchange request.

From there, we will respond within 24 hours to assist you with your claim. The guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the jewelry.

If we no longer carry the item, you are welcome to exchange your piece for a different item of equal or lesser value, or for store credit.
