PRODUCT & FIT
Hommes Oro jewelry is made of premium 316L stainless steel, and nickel-free copper and zinc alloys with genuine rhodium/18k gold plating. Our jewelry is water, sweat resistant, and resistant to discoloration or tarnishing.
We recommend removing your Hommes Oro pieces before entering a sauna or steam room due to extremely high temperatures.
All of our items are solid, and you can always expect no hollow rings, pendants, chains, etc.

Our jewelry is waterproof. You can swim, shower, and sweat in them. We have ensured that our products are made from the highest quality and most durable materials.
Our chains are waterproof but like all precious metals, to maintain our pieces for a longer lifespan, you will want to keep away from any harsh chemicals. We do recommend that you dry your item as soon as possible using a cloth towel after getting wet.
Every single Hommes Oro product is waterproof, sweat-proof and heatproof.
Yes, all Hommes Oro pendants come with chains specifically designed to best suit the pendant.
Keep it Dry
Avoid exposing your jewelry to water or high humidity for extended periods. Moisture can damage the finish and integrity of your pieces.
Proper Storage
When not in use, store your jewelry in a dry bag. Ideally, use storage boxes lined with tarnish-proof fabric and with separate compartments for each piece. In humid climates, place a small packet of desiccant crystals in the storage area to absorb excess moisture.
Avoid Harmful Substances
Keep your jewelry away from rubber products, as they can cause tarnishing. Always remove your jewelry before applying colognes, perfumes, or other chemical products to prevent damage and maintain their pristine condition.
Handle with Care
Chlorine, especially at elevated temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your gold-finished jewelry. Gently clean your jewelry with a soft polishing cloth. Avoid over-polishing to prevent damage to the finish.
Regular Cleaning
Regularly clean your gold-finished jewelry to maintain its shine and luster. Use a mild soap solution and a soft brush to gently clean the surface. Rinse with lukewarm water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
We restock items regularly, but we recommend that you sign up for product stock notification via the product page so you can be notified as soon as it arrives back in stock.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers everything we state won't happen to your Hommes Oro piece.
*Our Lifetime Warranty only covers what we state won't happen, if your Hommes Oro piece is lost, stolen, damaged purposely or damaged via a third-party, we can't cover this. Failure to provide a photo of the defective/faulty item voids the warranty.

We currently only ship within the United States. Please check back soon as we will be launching internationally.
Most orders are shipped out the same or next business day, unless it is a Pre-Order.
Pre-Orders will ship around the estimated ship dates shown on the Pre-Orders status page.
Shipping times vary on the destination and carrier.
Please note orders including items from both in-stock and pre-order will ship separately. Keep your eyes peeled for two tracking numbers!
After your order has been shipped, arrival times on all orders depend on what shipping method was chosen.
The typical arrival times are the following:
Standard: 2-4 Business Days
Express: 1-2 Business Days
Most of the time, customers won’t receive a confirmation email if an email was not put on the order. Any phone numbers put in place of the email will not receive order updates.

If your tracking is showing that it's been delivered but you haven't received it, please wait a few days as couriers mark packages as delivered but then end up actually delivering the package a few days later. This is something that happens often but rest assured, your order will be delivered.
If it's been more than 1 week and your order still hasn't shown up, please contact us and we will get to the bottom of it!
Once an order is placed, we are able to change the size of the item you purchased as long as it is the same item, and is in stock, and as long as the order hasn't shipped out yet.
We can also change the shipping address as long as the order hasn’t shipped out yet.
Any order can be canceled pre-shipment. However, once your order has tracking information, we are unable to cancel the order.
PAYMENTS
We accept debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, ShopPay, GooglePay, and MetaPay.
This is a common issue that happens to many customers. If you did not get an order confirmation email, that means your order did not go through. The pending charge on your credit or debit card just means that our system attempted to charge your card. Please give it 48 hours for the charge to disappear and the money will go back on your card.
Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process into your bank account, but it also varies between banks and their policies.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Yes! All orders not marked sale have up to 30 days to be returned for a full refund or exchanged after the order has been delivered. If you bought an item while it was on sale, unfortunately we are unable to process a return. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page to see more info.
Orders can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Once it is past the 30-day period, the order is only eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page to see more info.
