Hommes Oro Design Submission Terms

1. Eligibility: This submission is open to all individuals over the age of 18. No professional design experience is required.

2. Submission Requirements:

• Submissions must be original works created by the person submitting them.
• Each design must be submitted with a complete form, including a name, email address, and a detailed description.
• Images or drawings must be clear and in the formats of JPG, PNG, or PDF.

3. Intellectual Property Rights:

• By submitting a design, you grant Hommes Oro a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display the design in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes.
• If your design is selected, you agree to sign any necessary documentation that may be required to further confirm the rights transferred to Hommes Oro under these terms.

4. Selection and Notification:

• Submissions will be reviewed by the Hommes Oro design team. Selections will be made based on creativity, feasibility, and alignment with the brand's aesthetics and market trends.
• Selected individuals will be contacted via email and must respond within a specified timeframe to acknowledge acceptance.

5. Rewards:

• If your design is selected for production, you will receive the first piece produced and a $1,000 Hommes Oro Gift Card.
• No financial compensation will be provided for submissions not selected.

6. No Confidentiality:

• Submissions are not confidential and may be shared with internal staff for evaluation and handling.

7. Liability Release:

• By submitting a design, you agree to release and hold harmless Hommes Oro from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to your participation in the submission.

8. Modifications to Terms:

• Hommes Oro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the submission process following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
